By day, a wife and mom of three. By night, a hard working, yet exhausted mama working overnigths to pay off student loans (Go Cobbers). My body and mind constantly yearned for rest and repair. Massage therapy was the perfect escape and reset for me; a dreamy oasis from the hussle and bussle and an opportunity to finally turn off my brain and give healing to my whole self. Is there any better gift to give someone than the gift of health? Researching the wide array of benefits that massage has to offer and the impact it can have on someones health solidified my decision to choose massage therapy as my career. After all my children were enrolled full time into school and my husband and I were student loan debt free (***hurrah, we did it Babe***), I began the process to head back to school. I completed my massage therapy program at the Aveda Institute of Arts in Minneapolis, MN and set up shop inside Becker Spine; attached to Becker Furniture World off of Highway 10.
